Research object - processes of the procedural teaching of specialists of the direction "Management" within the framework of the electronic training. The article of research is methods, models and intellectual information technologies of the automated teaching. The as a result conducted researches the method of collection and expert data processing for computations of gravimetric coefficients of parameters is developed. A method is based on the modified method of pair comparisons, application of which allows to shorten the quantity of offered for estimation pairs of parameters (objects) and lower labour intensive of examination without the loss of quality of data. The developed scale of estimations provides evident and comfort of data entry. It is offered and approved procedure of control of meaningfulness and co-ordination of finding. It is developed and grounded procedure of interpretation of results of examination. It is developed and inculcated in an educational process program complex for planning of marketing researches, data entry and analysis of results, and also methodical program complex for collection of expert estimations and conducting of analysis of degree of realization of consumer requirements on an enterprise. It is developed and inculcated in an educational process the electronic training oriented to the task of merchandayzinga. On the basis of analysis of sale of twenty commodity groups of industrial consumer goods a mathematical model is offered, reflecting intercommunication of volume of commodity group and volume of realization. The method of the use of model for prognostication of volumes of realization and estimation of efficiency of auction-purchase activity in the conditions of the program training is developed. A method is realized as the electronic training oriented to the decision of tasks of estimation of degree of realization of market potential of enterprise.
