The revealed regularities allowed to develop theoretical bases of dehydration and division of loose mountain weight in a vibration and magnetic field. By means of the complex accounting of regularities the mathematical description of a residual amount of water on various sifting surfaces is developed at harmonious and pulse excitement; the mathematical model describing kinetics of dehydration of a layer of mountain weight where process of removal of the liquid being in capillary clamp bridges between particles for the first time is mathematically described is developed; the mathematical model of kinetics of a screening with the dehydration, in a complex considering initial distributions of particles and liquid on height of a layer of mountain weight, a segregation, hashing, sifting is developed, features of vibrotransportation (speed, frequency rate and number of falling during vibrotransportation) and change of height of the layer, which novelty consists in the accounting of mutual influence of classification by a size and dehydration; ranges of rational values of technological and regime parameters are determined; indicators of a deshlamation of thin pulps are defined when using magnetic fields.
