The cadastres of some animal groups have been generated. Collection and information materials have been collated for further analysis of the degree of anthropogenic effects. We have studied the influence of environmental factors on the efficiency of virus replication, transport and spread in the ecosystems. Optimal model systems have been evaluated and approved. We have modified and introduced the technique for DNA extraction from herbarium samples, as well as the technique for amplification of marker DNA sequences useful for annotation and molecular/genetic identification of the taxa of specific scientific interest. Ecologically safe technique for increasing the adaptive potential of cultural plants in the conditions of phosphorus and nitrogen shortage has been elaborated; the technique is based on plant inoculation with efficient strains of bacteria. We have demonstrated the availability of soil algolization with live cultures of photosynthetic and nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, and its positive effect on the increase in plant above-ground biomass.
