The object of study research: the quality of the educational process, its informational - analytical support and scientific - methodological support to higher education institutions in the world, the Ukraine and the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine in particular. The aim of the study is to develop a segment of the system of higher educational establishment - the process of monitoring the provision of educational services and improving the quality of vocational training of future specialists of tax authorities. Methods: dialectical method, scientific methods of a systematic approach, methods comparison, quizzes , and other methods of scientific knowledge . Based on a study of legislative acts of Ukraine, theory and practical experience of Ukraine, Europe and the world for the quality of higher education: - defined a strategy, methodology and basic approaches to assessing the quality of educational services; - studied international and domestic experience in assessing the quality of education in higher education institutions and identify possible applications of the university; - analyzed the Ukrainian and foreign experience in compiling ratings of universities; - established a base of key documents of information support for monitoring the quality of the educational process in the form of regulations and guidance documents; - a methodology for analyzing the needs of the education market (questionnaires for students, graduates, teachers, employers, etc.); - monitoring the study of students' opinion about the University; - methodology assesses the needs of the student - to provide the necessary and sufficient knowledge, skills and abilities for his future professional activities; - monitoring the activities of the department of statistics and mathematical methods in economics on the formation of professional and pedagogical competence of teachers, teaching methods and research of the faculty; - implemented method of continuous assessment of students' knowledge in the department; - monitored the students' knowledge at all levels (input control, the rector's control, the final control) in the disciplines of the department. The research results implemented in scientific - methodical complexes cathedral disciplines, as reflected in the materials of lectures, methodical development , guidance and tasks for the practical, independent , student labs , scientific workshops and round tables on topical issues of the department monitor the quality of educational services , as well as abstracts at scientific conferences and seminars. The results of the study will contribute to the improvement of the educational process, to ensure that the requirements of modern educational and scientific services and enhance the training of future professionals, their competitiveness.
