The object o research is the system of provision of services on accompanying and psychological support of families which include persons who are not able for self service, for society by the means of determination of perspective of development of the existing system of their social accompanying. Methods of research are statistical, analytical, comparison analysis, systematization, graphical, cartographical. The novelty of the work consists in determination of other prospects of development and perfection of possible mechanisms of provision of services on accompanying and psychological support of families which include persons who are not able for self service in Ukraine at the stage of establishing of it as the state with socially oriented market economy.
