The mathematical model of dynamics of finishing face milling was studied. Requirements for the design and operational parameters of machining to achieve a necessary surface roughness and optimum stability of cutting tools were formulated. Completed proposals to implement methods of machining and subsequent alloyage. The construction of combined face milling cutter for simultaneous machining of two parallel surfaces was developed. The design of the device for adjusting of milling cutters was proposed. These results are the basis for further define patterns of high productivity milling and the formation of qualitative flat surfaces of parts based on the combined and complex machining methods.
