The verification of diagnoses was performed in groups; the sensitization profile was defined. Polymorphism of TLR4 Asp299Gly was examined in children aged 6-10 with asthma. The obtained results precondition the obligatory consideration of the factor of functional gene polymorphisms TLR4 Asp299Gly presence in developing preventive and therapeutic interventions in asthma. The defining of cellular and humoral immunity in children with AD to assess the mechanisms of pathogenesis was performed. The analysis of individual immunological parameters indicates the substantial heterogeneity in populations of children with AD. The possibility of distribution of children into groups with IgE-dependent and IgE-independent AD is the most significant. The positive results determine the paradontium pathogenic microorganisms in atherosclerotic plaques vessels, confirming the participation paradontium pathogenic microflora in the development of atherosclerosis which must be considered in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
