Aim of the investigations: assessment of aneuploid embryos' morphological characteristics during cleavage and blastulation stage in order to determine their actual developmental capacity. Methods: cell culture, cytogenetic, molecular cytogenetic, cytological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the integrated analysis of basic morphokinetic characteristics inherent to cultured in vitro cleaving embryos and blastulae was performed considering the chromosomal status of embryos. The results obtained in the study are useful for the noninvasine selection of specimens with the highest implantation potential in in vitro fertilisation programs. Discovered pattern of aneuploid embryos' development evidence the reasonability of prolonged culture and preimplantation genetic screening implementation for infertility treatment of patients with increased risk of pathologic pregnancy occurrence.
