The current transducer was installed being a component of the electrohydropulse assembly for auger piles. The current transducer has a 4-channel output with 30 kJ for each channel; it operates sequentially for 8 electrode systems. After connection of the experimental model of the transducer (transformer, inductive capacitive transformer, capacitor rectifier, discharger, and electrodes) the assembly was tested to determine optimum performance parameters in certain technological conditions. The developed operating manual for the current transducer was referred to during training and examination of the operators for the skills necessary to operate the transducer; the operating staff should have a 4th group on electrical safety at least (over 1,000 V). Application field: the current transducer may be used as a component of electrohydropulse assemblies whose performance is based on similar functionalities of the electrical discharge in a fluid.
