Description

It is set that inflammatory displays during exploitation of unremovable dentures observed in 30,8 % cases, and most often as a result of exploitation of ceramet dentures. The noninvasive method of removal of construction of цельнолитого мостовидного prosthetic appliance is worked out with possibility of his further restoration and repeated fixing. In basis the method of removal of crown is fixed with the use of vehicle of "Коронофлекс". The methods of treatment and prophylaxis of inflammatory complications are worked out, caused by exploitation of ceramet dentures, taking into account a concrete clinical situation in the cavity of mouth : 1. ХКГ, the homoeostasis of cavity of mouth is not changed; 2.ХКТ on a background the dysbacteriosis of cavity of mouth; 3. ХКГ on a background the decline of functional activity of salivary glands; 4. there are декубитальные ulcers (bedsores) in area of subprosthetic bed.
