Found that features of man-made formation of the South Ukraine is multivariate nature of production processes in the form of a combination of intensive technologies agricultural of industrial and industrial- transport complex and intensive process of anthropogenic impact on natural ecological community , leading to the formation of geochemical anomalies environmental and technical nature. Sanitary living conditions of the population in the areas of formation of geochemical anomalies and intensive agricultural production through irrigation systems are characterized by poor quality of drinking water ( high levels of hardness, unbalanced individual components of macro-and trace-element composition) and the risk of impact on the body of toxic substances (nitrates , fluoride ) that enter the body through food and drinking water, high levels of air pollution dominated by the structure of the sources of motor vehicles ( 60%) .
