During the process of work were obtained a series of results that have the scientific and practical value. Results of research are based on the observation of 262 and treatment of 146 patients. There were installed and generalized the modern interpretation methods of the basic concepts of research topics. Also, was made the search and analysis of existing definition models of selected indicators of metabolic and enzymatically-endocrine disorders in the pathology of urinary organs. There were systematized the main investigated scientific interpretations of functional and organic urination disorders. Furthermore, it was determined the nature and characteristics of ensure mechanism of vegetative regulation in urodynamics. Also, there were marked the main characteristics of surgical and social rehabilitation in patients with disorders of the genitourinary system. Finally, there were investigated the methodological principles of microelement homeostasis analysis in patients with disorders of urination.
