It is revealed, that deletion GSTM1 and allele 105Val GSTР1 are associated with the more severe lung tissue affection. Deletion of GSTM1, GSTТ1 and the presence of alleles of NAT2 slow acetylation may be the endogenous risk factors of kidney filtration and reabsorption systems failure of the under the toxic effects of anti-TB drugs. The alleles of slow acetylation are associated with the lower chance of mycobacteria resistance towards anti-tuberculosis drugs, especially of multidrug resistance.
