The article of research is the transport-operating state of areas of highways, where new materials and modern technologies are inculcated, their influence on longevity of travelling constructions. An aim of work is creation of only electronic bank of data of monitoring of areas of the highways built with the use of new technologies and materials, for the estimation of efficiency of their introduction. Research methods are the field inspections of the state of areas and measuring of transport-operating indexes. A research job performance is an electronic-analytical database, that allows operatively to provide information about efficiency of introduction of new technologies and materials and, accordingly, about longevity of travelling constructions, where they applied.
