Aim of investigation: contributing to the successful integration of Ukraine into the European and world communication system taking into account the world leveraging experience of radio frequency resource usage as well as implementation the newest radio systems in Ukraine. Results: analysis of the ITU -R Study Groups for 2013 work on WRC -15 agenda; an analysis of the ITU-R Joint Task Groups work on 1.1 and 1.2 paragraphs of WRC-15 agenda; analysis of previous positions of international organizations (ICAO, WMO, ІMO, etc.) on WRC -15 agenda; an analysis of previous positions of regional organizations (CEPT, RCC, etc.) on WRC -15 agenda; scientific and technical rationale and development of the previous draft position version of Telecommunications Administration of Ukraine on WRC-15 agenda of taking into account the suggestions of organizations interested in Ukraine. Prepared research materials on these issues. Effectivity: research results will be implemented in the course of CA work in Ukraine promoting Ukraine integration into the European communication system and world information space in terms of Ukraine interests in the radio communications field.
