Modification of biocompatible polymers with diamondoids significantly increases their ability to give stable self-assembling nanosystems and significantly expand the range of their use. Introducing of the lipophilic bulk fragments may substantially improve the association of amphiphilic polymers with biomembranes and hydrophobic fragments of proteins. The results could be used in construction of new biosystems with wide range of applications.
