The aim of the work is to increase reliability and resource of power and managing hydraulics of powered support (to its most expensive part) in 2-3 times; to shorten expensive hold-ups and prolong no less than 1,5 times the TBO term of modern cleansing complexes at the expense of the exception of contaminations of working liquid and hydroabrasive wear related to it. The research method is complex, including analysis of the existing systems of filtration of working liquid for closed loop hydraulic systems of powered support and other mining equipment, management experience, structurally-technological parameters of modern equipment in different mining and geological conditions, development of typical hydraulic equipment for powered support.
