Improving accounting and reporting performance of the existing surveillance system was proposed. First analyzed the prevalence of HIV infection and tuberculosis in the region in space-time mapping method. Based on research communication aggregate indicators of socio-economic status of integrated epidemiological indicators of tuberculosis were identified top regions. The novelty of the research is the application of systems analysis for assessment of epidemics of HIV and TB at various districts and village councils, the development of aggregate assessment of the epidemiological situation with the latest achievements of epidemiology, systemology, mathematical modeling and mapping. Proposals for improving the system of surveillance, changes and corrections of some articles in accounting and reporting forms of HIV-infected people were implemented. GIS maps of TB indicators for all administrative units regions of Ukraine and electronic atlas integral prevalence of tuberculosis in comparison with socio-economic indexes was created.
