According to this finding the techniques of conservative and surgical preparation for prosthetic management were developed and improved, indications for amputation of an underdeveloped extremity were specified, receptacle sockets for above-knee prostheses were improved, knee joints and constructions of above-knee and below-knee prostheses were developed. The performed biomechanical researches, clinical and operational observations have confirmed the efficiency and quality of the suggested methodological approach.
