Research metods: meteorological, gydrological, geobotanics, dendrological, entomological, gerpetological, ornitological. The South-eastern Crimean ecosystems were the object of the investigations. The quality composition and menyyears dynamic of the basic components South-eastern Crimean ecosystems were studied: some abiotic inviromental parameters, fungus, flora and vegetation, cultivated arboreal plants, spiders, moths and butterflies, vespoid wasps, megachilid beers, amphibious, reptiles, birds. The special attention was given to the investigation of the animals and plants rare species population state. As a resalt the new five-years datas on characteristic of temperature regime dynamic, precipitations, surface-flowing, humidity of soil, underground waters state on Karadag landscape-ecological stacionare, on composition and distribution of macromicetes of the Karadag reservation are obtained and summarize. The detail study of eight priority natural areas flora and vegetation, rare plants species population state; taxonomic structure, botanical geographical distribution, frequency of the appearance, biological features of cultivated dendroflora and vegetation variety of existing forms as well were analyzed. New datas on taxonomy, fauna and bionomy of spiders, moths and butterflies, vespoid wasps, megachilid beers, amphibious, reptiles, birds are summarize. 253 scientific papers are published on the results of this work.
