The results received in the course of research helped to find out existent negative tendencies at the stock market during performing of depositary register and custody of securities in depositary establishment, priority directions in the activity of police as for detection, documentation and neutralization of the criminal implications in that sphere as well as prepare appropriate methodical recommendations for employees of State Service on Combating with Economic Crime Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
