A research object is a process of organization and realization of preparation of subdivisions of the mechanized(tank) troops of Ground forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. An aim of work is program of the combat training and estimation of subdivisions of the mechanized and tank troops development in accordance with Conception of preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A research method is a comparative analysis of requirements of leading documents, in relation to organization and realization of preparation of subdivisions of the mechanized(tank) troops and system his generalization. The requirements of Conception of preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Temporal discipling became the necessity of development of projects of the programs of the combat training and estimation of subdivisions of the mechanized and tank troops from the combat training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, that defined perspective directions of reformation of the system of preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the aim of providing of the assured implementation by them tasks in relation to defence of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. One of perspective directions of reformation of the system of preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of tasks there is an improvement of the system of the combat training of Ground forces, that will plug providing of increase of efficiency of planning of the combat training, introduction in the process of the combat training of littleexpense, high-efficiency forms of realization of her events, improvement of existent sequence of educational-educator process in educational soldiery parts and in preparation of linear subdivisions, further introduction of the multilevel system of professional preparation of officers and non-commission officer composition, introduction in the process of preparation of personnel and subdivisions of the systems of trainers, imitation of battle actions and ground equipment after the newest technology. In НДР the projects of the program of the combat training of the mechanized and tank troops are offered for servicemen of military service by contract with the cycle of studies 2, where preparation comes true after three stages of підготоки taking into account the period of intensive preparation, підтримуючого and base periods.
