In this research work, an analysis of the organization and conduct physical training of personnel leading armies of NATO countries is done. The analysis of control systems, management physical training in the armies of NATO and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The questions reorganization of the Armed Forces and the possible directions of the improvement of physical training in military units and parts are considered.
