Object of study - the educational process of cadets of military educational institutions. The purpose of research - to develop proposals to improve the system of psycho-pedagogical support of the educational process of training of officers for military specialties the Army based on competence and subject-active approaches. Research Methods - Theoretical analysis of psychological, educational, sociological, philosophical literature on the study regulations of professional psychological selection of the higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Defence, modeling, psycho-pedagogical experiment, the test trial, questioning students and teachers, statistical methods processing the results of experimental work. The first section dedicated to considering of the methodological foundations of psycho-pedagogical training of military professionals Armed Forces of Ukraine. The second section dedicated to considering of perspective educational technology in providing psycho-pedagogical training of the officer corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The third section discloses issues of forming professiogram in providing psycho-pedagogical training of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Based on the results provided scientific guidance improving psychological and pedagogical training of the officer corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in higher military educational institutions. Scientific results of research should be used to develop complex organizational designings documents on training future officers at institutions of higher education.
