The subject of this study was structural phase state of the alloy after different types of welding. Purpose of this work was X-ray diffraction study of the welds structure after different types of welding. Investigation was active experiment. Specimens were prepared which were cooked by different methods for further research. X-ray phase study the fusion performed X-ray diffraction in the filtered radiation. In this work the structure of the weld by X-ray diffraction study was investigated. It was shown that the zone structure had a two-phase and consisted. The peculiarity of the structure of the fusion was redistribution of the diffraction peaks intensity as compared to the initial samples, which was associated with nonequilibrium solidification conditions, the emergence of the directions of heat removal from the crystallization of the zone and, as a consequence, texturing of the weld zone. The results can be used to improve aircrafts engine construction technologies. The application of this work is mechanical engineering, engine construction.
