Aim of investigation: Development of "Technical Operation Rules of means of broadcasting" accounting the requirements to the equipment and its maintenance in the transition phase from analogue to digital broadcasting. Results: project “Technical Operation Rules of means of broadcasting”, which contains two parts has been developed. Rools of part 1 regarding use of terrestrial broadcasting means, by which programs of analog TV broadcasting in the PAL and SECAM systems with analog and digital sound accompaniment, programs of digital TV broadcasting of DVB-T system and DVB-T2 digital TV broadcasting system of second generation, and also UHF FM sound broadcasting programs in the analog format and digital formats T-DAB and DRM, and also data broadcasting are transmitted. The rules, presented in the part 2, shall cover the operators of satellite communications operating within a system of television and sound broadcasting. Effectivity: The results of research will contribute to economic development, the introduction of digital broadcasting in Ukraine. Sphere: TV and sound broadcasting, satellite communication.
