As a result of implementation of project an universal vacuum technology of planar structures creation was developed for electrochemical sensors (ECS) for content analysis of oxygen or hydrogen. Main advantage of this technology as against to existent methods is that all process of making of planar electrochemical sensors of oxygen or hydrogen takes place in one technological sequence. The potential consumers of planar ECS of oxygen can be enterprises of fuel and energy complex and motor industry, and of ESC of hydrogen can be the organizations and enterprises, related to the fire and explosion safety.
