The physical mechanisms has been established that lead to a substantial increase in the transparency of potential barriers to the interaction of charged particles. A theoretical model of correlated states forming by monotone and periodic perturbation of the quantum system has been created. A theory of intermolecular interactions in solution has been developed. The processes of mass transfer in a binary mixture of liquids with account of complexation effects have been investigated. The material parameters of molecular complexes within the three-component mixture model have been found. The analysis of the Raman spectra of binary solutions using the MCR-ALS method was carried out, the concentration profiles were obtained and the modeling of Raman spectra of the mixture components was carried out, that gives necessary and useful information about the processes of complex formation. It was experimentally shown that the use of grid, developed Grid resources, software and interfaces is effective and provides enhanced performance of computing complicated problems of nonlinear dynamics.It was demonstrated that stable states with coherence and chaos of the band type, coherent ring type and non-coherent ring type exist within the Kuramoto-Sakaguchi model under periodic conditions. A method for determining MP index (Iron Index) has been developed.
