Object of work – experimental study of the side frames fatigue characteristics (drawing 1750.00.102) for conformity assessment of the obtained values to the requirements of valid normative documents and for evaluation parts manufacturing technology stability at PJSC “AZOVELEKTROSTAL” in the second half-year 2012. Research method – stand reduced fatigue tests of the side frames by means of multiple repeated loading at the non-central loading cycle with a constant average cycle load on one loading condition. Results of the periodic fatigue tests of the side frames (drawing 1750.00.102) are given in this report, certificate of manufacturing technology compliance at PJSC “AZOVELEKTROSTAL” in the second half-year 2012 was given.
