It is shown that in a straight crystal radiation spectrum have sharp peaks at energies of gamma rays, which approaches the value of the primary electron energy. In a bent crystal these peaks spread out and shifted to lower energy gamma rays. The generalization of the inverse problem of finding solutions to potential via differential cross section for proton - nucleus scattering was done. A comparison of different mechanisms of deviation of proton beams with energies of TeV when passing through bent crystals. It is shown that the maximum angle deflection of the particles can be obtained due to the mechanism of planar channeling of protons in a bent crystal and stochastic mechanism. On the basis of obtained in recent years at CERN results that verify the predicted in the NSC KIPT suppression effect of ultra relativistic electrons in thin layers of matter the first sections of the review of the study of this effect was prepared.
