The research goal is to find the regularities and conditions of effective conversion of the wide-band sun radiation into the globular matrix nanocomposites based on synthetic opals and active dielectrics towards the silicon absortion range with aim of their further using in solar cell construction as an active mirror. Investigation method is the optical and microwave spectroscopy. According to the Project Schedule, matrix nanocomposites based on synthetic opals and active dielectrics (Bi12SiO20, Bi12GeO20, TeO2, NaBi(MoO4)2, KH2PO4, Pb5Ge3O11, Li2B4O7), and also more complicated organic structure 2,5-bis(2-benzoxazolyl)hydroquinone, which provide the wide-band radiation conversion towardg to the given spectral range, were obtained; the characterization of the active matrix nanocomposites and globular millimeter-size matrixes was performed within the visible and microwave spectral ranges by measuring the reflection, transmission, Raman scattering and luminescence spectra.
