The main result of the project is to create a working model of the main components of the photon scanning tunneling microscope (FTSM) and demonstrate its viability on the example of studies of organic and organometallic of nanoobjects. Registration system of luminescence of nanoobjects and the model of tunneling microscopy system with parallel registration of photons has been developed. Measuring system that allows performing of parallel in time registration of luminescence, tunneling current and conductivity of nanoobjects have been constructed and built. Optical cell, electronic registration system conductivity of nanoobjects, depending on the application of a voltage have been developed and tested. Photon sources based on organometallic nanocomposites have been made. Automatic control system FTSM and data registration system is developed and tested. Protection system of acoustic, optical, and electrical noise has been tested. Test samples of regular light-emitting island nanostructures have been fabricated by nanosphere lithography.
