It was shown that the imines obtained exist as equilibrium E-Z isomeric mixture. The isomers with cis-configuration of alkoxycarbonyl or phosphonyl group and hydrogen atom are thermodynamically more stable. The method for the first representatives of trifluropyruvate N-silyl imines was developed. The latter are synthetic equivalents of N-H imines and allow realizing new "silyl" synthetic strategy for preparation of both fluorinated iminocarboxylates (phosphonates) and biorelevant aminocarboxylic (phosphonic) acid derivatives.
