Basic experimental and calculation data were received for create program-mathematical complex based on compartmental biokinetic model. The software for describing the kinetics of cesium and dose-formation process under different intake conditions of radionuclide of laboratory rats was developed and tested. Algorithms for solving specific problems and listings of relevant programs were given. Application of developed program-mathematical complex allows to determine the content of radionuclides in organs and tissues in vivo at different times after the isotope admission.
