The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the general scientific methods, including dialectic, logic, general methods, especially comparing, grouping, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systematic, comprehensive, etc, and special methods and techniques (SWOT-PEST-analysis and, correlation and regression analysis, economic-mathematical modeling).
