Researched and compiled the latest scientific and methodological knowledge, the results of domestic and foreign experience in the field of correction of violations of the adaptation, functional states, physical preparedness of women, suffering from neurocirculatory dystonia, of the locomotor system of children with cerebral palsy. Based on the obtained results of the primary research developed a programme of physical rehabilitation аnd method for the rehabilitation of children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. Investigates the efficiency of the physical rehabilitation programme with the participation of 80 women, suffering from neurocirculatory dystonia aged 16 to 20 years old. The women were divided into two groups observations: the core group, which performed the proposed course of rehabilitation (n = 39) and control, where took the course of the accepted content of physical rehabilitation (n = 41). Made a statistical analysis of the obtained data. Conducted a study of the effectiveness of methods for correction of disorders of the locomotor system of children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy by intervention on the "kinematic muscle spiral" with the participation of 168 children in the age of from 3 till 7 years old with this pathology. All the children were divided into two groups observations: the main group, in which was held the proposed course of rehabilitation (n = 98) and the control group, which in the current rate of rehabilitation (n = 70). Made of the statistical analysis of the received data.
