Object of research: problems and development of methodology and theory of psyche and phenomena of nooethic in gonditions of today's development of philosophy, Postnonclassical science, methodology of science and psychology, the concept of axial centeration as a method of solving the problem. The purpose is the development of methodological issues of theory of mind and concept of nooethic grounding on Postnonclassical methodology, testing the concept of axial centeration and psychosynergetics conceptual models at psychological, medical, cultural, philosophical and others objects of research. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of the research: transdisciplinary approach, synergetic paradigm, psychosynergetics, the concept of informational and emotional environment, the concept of space-time centeration, conceptual models of psychosynergetics. The results and their novelty: the concept of space-time centeration designed and implemented in a scientific experience and practical studies and psychosynergetics conceptual models that are methodological bases for development of a new theory of psyche and phenomena of nooethic.
