It is substantiated and worked out the efficient blend composition of fire-retardant and vibration proof coating of metal construction structures that are used in vibration conditions. It is experimentally proved that this blend composition coating has bigger fireproof capability than analogues existent in Ukraine. It is shown that adding of ammonium polyphosphate into matrix permits to reduce the temperature of thermal-oxidative breakdown to 50-60 оС, increase carbon residual by 10-20 % and slow down the decay rate manyfold; this leads to the fireproof capability rise of developed composition. It is theoretically proved that chemical constitution of modified epoxy oligomers and their containing in the mixture with the oligoestertrycyclocarbonate influence on the structural parameters of epoxy-urethane polymeric network and on the level of interphase cooperation in disperse filled with ammonium polyphosphate epoxy-urethane materials; such relations permit to control their vibro-absorbing properties. The theory of creation of fire retardant and vibration proof coatings got further development, that gave the opportunity to find out the dependence between thermal-oxidative changes of fire retardant and vibration proof coating and bleeding decrease of toxic radicals, besides to use it for toxicity reduction of developed blend composition of coating.
