As a result of this analysis we have received a conclusion that the most widely used method is experiment-calculated method. It is less expensive and more reliable in comparison with experimental and calculation methods. On basis of improved differential model of thermal conduction and common approach for solving inverse problems of thermal conduction the method of determine the flame-resistance of metal surfaces was upgraded. Using the experimental-calculation method for predicting the parameters of flame-resistance of three-layered barriers in buildings and constructions the temperature dependence of effective heat capacity and thermal conductivity coefficients was defining. As a result of this research the technology of determine the flame-resistance ability for multi-layered reinforced concrete bridgings was created. This technology based on indication of losses the heat-insulating abilities or on reaching the critical temperature of armature in case of prescribed level of stress loading.
