By results of research the analysis of scientific workings out and works concerning legislation adaptation has been carried out; concerning health care research and comparison of legal methods for regulation of adaptation process of the legislation is conducted in Ukraine and the EU countries; the analysis of realisation condition of annual action plans on performance of the Nation-wide adaptation program has been carried out; perspective directions for improving the organisation of work on legislation adaptation of Ukraine in health care have been grounded. Harmonisation standard and legal certificates in health care to EU legislation will provide improvement of legal regulation in branch; will increase of quality and availability of medical care to the population.
