This work contains the results of solution for some actual problems of technical thermophysics and industrial heat engineering in the area efficiency increasing for energy transforming systems. The modified van der Waals equation of state displays a complex phase behavior including three critical points and identifies four fluid phases ( gas, low density liquid, high density liquid, and very high density liquid). It was shown that an improvement of repulsive part doesn't change a topological picture of phase behavior of water in the wide range of thermodynamic variables. The new parameter set for second and third critical points has been recognized by the thorough analysis of experimental data for the loci of thermodynamic response functions extrema. The main types of phase behavior both main organic pollutants and chemical warfare imitators in supercritical natural fluids H2O and CO2 were studied.
