New methods of two-step phase shifting ESPI with arbitrary phase shift of reference wave and digital speckle correlation with speckle images adaptive segmentation were developed. Hybrid optical-digital method for simultaneous three dimensional surface deformations recovery under influence of static loading was developed. Experimental setup of hybrid optical-digital system for forming 3D displacement fields of constructional materials surfaces combining two-step phase shifting ESPI method for out-of-plane surface displacement determination and adaptive digital speckle correlation for in-plane surface displacement determination was created. Experimental study of three dimensional displacement fields of the surface of beam specimen with V-notch (steel 20) under four point loading was carried out.
