The article of research is realization within the framework of one МР- research of fMRI or MR-tractography with the construction of maps functionally meaningful areas of bark, highways and imposition of them on a 3-measure image of corresponding areas of cerebrum in operating navigationals during realization of operations a patient with intra-axial tumours. Aim of work - to improve the results of treatment of patients with intra-axial tumours with the use of modern neurovizual researches and navigation sistem. Methods of investigatoin: fMRI, DV MRI, MR-tractography, MRI without and with contrasting.Work improves the results of surgical treatment of patients concerning intra-axial brain tumors by application of modern methodologies МРТ in complex connection with MRI, fMRI or DV МТР, MR-tractography for diagnostic accompaniment of neuro-surgical interferences. Results of , fMRI, MR-tractography, the МР-venography used in the system of multimodal neuronavigation in integration with data MRI of researches at tumours functionally important zones of hemicerebrums provide visualization of areas of motor, speech activity, projection highways of white substance and venous collectors, allow to watch their changes as a result of height and by volume action of tumour, to obtain information about character and degree of their defeat with the purpose of optimization of the tactics of surgical interference, sent to prevention of development of postoperative neurological violations for patients. MR-tractography one of methodologies of neuronavigation that is able to estimate the degree of defeat of leading fibres and change of motion functionally meaningful leading highways at intra-axial tumours, data of that are used in neuronavigation technology at planning of adequate surgical access and determination of optimal volume of oncotomy, at bringing in a process functionally meaningful highways. Realization of optimal neuro-surgical interference from data of multimodal integration of neurovizual data, in particular methodologies МРТ, educed a height on 40,4 postoperative period of amount of patients with the high functional state(ІК > 70). The defeat of leading fibres at intra-axial tumours depends not so much from the degree of anaplasia of tumour, how many from combination of next factors - expressed of by volume influence, character of tumour height, perifocal edema.
