The mechanism of crystal growth of calcium hydroxyapatite in the synthesis of sol -gel method with varying temperature synthesis parameters within 200-1000 °C was studied. Established that the origin of the crystalline phase occurs in the amorphous matrix by clustering growth and subsequent coagulation of the grains to form crystals in a wide range of dispersion. Temperature range determines the kinetics of the structural transformation of the amorphous phase in the crystal, which in turn affects the features substructural structure of the particles.
