It was found that the optimum temperature for the intensity of CO2 assimilation is most closely correlated (r = 0,93) with maximum carboxylation rate (Vcmax), although after 30-minute warm-up sheet at 38oS it decreased to 0.79 . The most closely changes in the intensity of photosynthesis, caused by heating, correlated with changes in Vcmax (r = 0,92). In moderns high-performance varieties Favoritka and Smuglianka, created in IFRH NAS of Ukraine, found higher activity rubisko compared to the old variety selection Myronivska 808. Thus higher activity rubisko per leaf area or mass of new varieties more was determined by enzyme rather than an increase in its specific activity. It was also found that rubisko-aktyvaza in leaves consist of three isoforms of 46, 42 and 40 kDa. High-yield variety Smuglianka has a higher content of 42 and 40 kDa isoforms. Warming plants at 380 C for 4 hours in most cases slightly reduced content rubisko-aktyvazy in leaves studied varieties except the variety Albatross Odesskiy, in which after heating 46 kDa isoform content increased by 23% , and 42 kDa - 13%. A clear relationship between the content of individual isoforms and their relation induced warming and changes in the intensity of photosynthesis was not found.
