Redistribution of а1- acid glycoprotein and fibronectin on the surface and intra lymphocytes, expression and activity neuraminidase 1 was investigated in patients with myeloproliferative desease. At the same time in these patients was determined concentration of sialic acid in plasma and urine. Significant decrease of sialylation and galactosylation of both studied proteins in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and dynamic changes of these parameters during the first day of treatment and two months were shown. Alkylizing chemotherapy of chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients influences as the level of sialylation as the level of galactosylation both studied glycoproteins. The concentration of а1-acid glycoprotein and fibronectin and their correlation in blood in mieloproliferation process is changed. The plasma level of а1-acid glycoprotein and fibronectin is reduced by 32,3 % and 38,3 % respectively in erythremia patients. The concentration of sialic acids on the was increased by 36,3% in mieloproliferative disease. Number of lymphocytes with surface and intracellular localization of fibronectin is increased and the number of lymphocytes, granulocytes and monocytes expressing а1-acid glycoprotein is decreased in erythremia patients. Neuraminidase 1 gene expression significantly increased with erythremia. Receiving datum may be useful for a better understanding of the mechanisms of mobilization of defense reactions in the treatment oncoproliferative disease.
