Research methods: all-clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunoenzymatic. According to the complex clinical-laboratory and tool research, there was revealed the disfunction of endothelial and neurohumoral regulation at the patients with COPD in combination with coronary heart disease and artheryal hypertension, and also at the patients with the idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (IIP). There were examined questions of diagnostics of central and peripheral haemodynamics disfunctions, immunological reactivity at patients with COPD and IIP, a psychological state of patients with lung cancer after operation and a polychemio-therapy, possibility of correction of revealed disfunctions. Basing at the received results were offered actions of treatment, early prevention of occupational diseases and rehabilitation of workers in "risk group ", and patients with an occupational diseases.
