Unsatisfactory the effectiveness treatment of patients and state of its organization were determinated, were showed defects: unsatisfactory of infrastructure and personnel-technical security, bad living conditions for sanatorium, outpatient, forced treatment, no questions decided of infectious control, low predilaction patients for treatment, unsufficient social support and participation of general health care network in treatment of patients and others. The new approches to the organization of the detection and treatment of patients with chemoresistant TB with aim of subsequent development of measures for its improvement.
