Aim - to increase the effectiveness of treatment in patients with obstructive lung diseases. Methods - questionnairies, clinical, immunologic, functional, statistical. On the background of patient's survey it was proved that the presence of DE overburden the course of COPD, which is manifested by uncontrolled course of the disease. The basic clinical and functional characteristics of the course of COPD in conjunction with the DE were revealed by analyzing of survey results, clinical, immunological and functional methods. The diagnostic algorithm of COPD combined with DE, which increas the diagnostic accuracy on 37,0 % was worked out.
