G. Yanovsky NAMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object: 64 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis . Ame: To increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the time antituberculosis chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis using optimal intensive phase antituberculosis chemotherapy through the use of moxifloxacin against a background of different routes of administration of antimycobacterial drugs. Methods: the clinical, laboratory, radiological, microbiological, biochemical. Established that intravenous administration of 1600 mg ethambutol hydrochloride provides significantly higher maximum concentration in the blood - (8,4 ± 0,3) mg/ml than with oral administration (3,2 ± 0,4) mg /ml. It was determined that the application of moxifloxacin significantly more than the application of levofloxacin, it is possible to achieve a high level of bacteriostatic activity of blood - in 75,0 % and 33,3% of cases, respectively. For a summary measure of medium and high levels of blood bacteriostatic activity when using fluoroquinolones III-IV generation does not have significant difference. Established that moxifloxacin creates a high concentration of serum for 8 hours regardless of the route of administration: when administered per os - of (4,9 ± 0,3) mg/ml to (2,5 ± 0,2) mg/ml, intravenous administration - of (5,8 ± 0,3) mg/ml to (3,4 ± 0,2) mg/ml. After 24 hours, the concentration of moxifloxacin in serum is (0,8 ± 0,1) mg/ml after oral and (0,6 ± 0,1) mg/ml and paranteralnomu application, which was significantly higher than the minimum inhibitory concentration of the drug.
